"The air-conditioned seafood restaurant has 60 covers and is furnished in a modern classical style with white-clad tables. Outside on the heated lounge terrace, you can begin with a glass of bubbly selected from the champagne menu; at your request, our valet parking attendant will have parked your car safely by the time you take your first sip. The common thread running through the menu is ‘Seafood & Season’: the dishes follow the ebb and flow of the tide, as it were. You can always trust our ‘signature’ dishes, such as bouillabaisse and sashimi, and our fresh daily ‘sea & season’ oysters & fruits de mer. But we are also inspired by the eastern kitchen, by beautiful local products, exciting flavour combinations and new cooking techniques. We call this ‘Seafood & Now’."
