Buckhead Life Restaurant Group founder and CEO Pano Karatassos gives a nod to his Greek heritage with Kyma, one of the group's latest red-hot dining concepts. In a blue-and-white décor reminiscent of the beautiful Aegean Islands, diners may choose to enjoy a glass of wine under the stars on the year-round patio, or nibble on Greek tapas under the faux constellations on the dining room's elegant vaulted ceilings. Fresh fish and seafood are the way to go here, with an impressive array of catches from across the globe, but any of the classic Greek specialties - from lamb shank to slow-cooked eggplant stew - will likely make your stomach shout oopah!

"Sure, everyone brags about Kyma's fresh fish. But let's keep it real: No one should ever dine here without indulging in the crisply seasoned Greek potatoes, sprinkled with a dusting of tangy kefalotiri cheese."

- Meredith Ford Goldman, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Dec 16, 2008
