Baltimore City Paper: Best Raw Bar, 2010 critics

"Get one of their jumbo lump cakes. (They sell the cheaper backfin cakes too, but you deserve the best). Take it to one of the stand-up counters, squeeze in between the dozens of other Baltimoreans (plus the occasional well-informed tourist), and put that beauty down. Admire its lumpy surface, its golden sheen, and the apparent magic worked to keep all those hunks of crabmeat clinging together using no obvious extraneous binder ingredients. Dig in. You can thank us later."
