Husband-and-wife team Josh and Heather Keeler have wowed Charleston diners with their local-centric Two Boroughs Larder restaurant, with small plates that have included sweet onion bisque and clay pot veal sweetbreads, and entrees such as sunburst trout with braised cabbage, and wagyu coulotte steak with Brussels sprouts and butternut romesco.
