Despite the white tablecloths and formally attired waitstaff, the mood remains casual at this hot spot and at each of the handful of regional sister locations. You’re invited to linger over the lengthy cocktail menu, extensive wine list and after-dinner drink menu while indulging in an array of authentic dishes. Standout starters include gazpacho and broiled Spanish sausage. For your main course, sample the paella Valenciana, twin lobster tails or the filet of sole when available. Tiramisu makes a fantastic finish.
