Formerly of Z Contemporary Cuisine, chef-owner Zack Bruell has a continuing hit on his hands with Parallax.

"In the Tremont space, [Chef/owner Zack] Bruell saw a niche that he thought all of Cleveland would embrace. The twist came when Bruell decided to incorporate a sushi station into the existing bar and create something different from every other restaurant in Cleveland. The menu is focused on the expertly prepared sushi, fresh fish and seafood, and grill items such as steaks, chops, and Bruell's signature dish, chicken with pomme frites."
