In true French fashion, the Refectory Restaurant & Bistro combines a deep respect for its history with a love for living life fully in the present. A restored 19th-century church and adjacent schoolhouse set the scene: La bonne vie echoes in the antique sanctuary, where savoring the moment is the practice and fine food, the religion. Good wine is a large part of that good life, and in this, the Refectory excels, with its extensive award-winning wine list. The rotating menu features a blend of classic and contemporary French cuisine. The chefs do particularly well with wild game in addition to house-made pâtés, rack of lamb and a number of freshly prepared seafood dishes.
