The multitiered dining room is open and inviting, managing a classic elegance despite the vivid yellow walls that punctuate the gracious space. Like the room, the menu is a beguiling mix of old and new. Though frequently updated, it still retains such classic offerings as the mandarin orange soufflé with chicken salad, and all meals are preceded by a complimentary demitasse of rich chicken broth; giant, puffy popovers; and sweet, creamy strawberry butter.
