At Yolie's Brazilian Steakhouse, the focus is clearly on the food. Inside the off-Strip restaurant, rooms are conservatively decorated, with rotating skewers on a rotisserie visible behind a glass wall. Here, dining is best treated as an event in itself. Most patrons enjoy a long, leisurely meal with plenty of wine instead of a quick bite before a show. The house special is the Brazilian grill, which consists of all-you-can-eat skewers of meat plucked from the rodizio-style grill and brought to the table, immediately carved by servers. Seven different kinds of tender meat are available for sampling, including chicken, pork, lamb, seafood, sausage and beef. Black bean soup, salad and bread start the meal off, and when the meat dishes arrive, the table shares rice and vegetables. À la carte entrées are available. Large, semi-private rooms make Yolie's a suitable restaurant for large groups, even 50 or more.
Full bar. Serving lunch Mon–Fri, dinner nightly.
"Churrascaria, a traditional Brazilian feast of meats barbecued on a spit and sliced off in huge hunks at the table, is becoming better known in Las Vegas. Debuting in March 1987, Yolie's pioneered this type of dining in the desert — and still offers the best value."
