Add to this a thoughtfully prepared meal, and the memories become unforgettable. This is what inspires us at Eva. Walk through the red door and you will most likely be greeted by Chef Mark Gold's warmth and passion as he tells diners of his latest market finds: maybe salmon from the Copper River caught only hours before or a fragrant grapefruit that he divides up to share with you. Each ingredient is given its due respect and star role on a menu built around seasonal offerings, classic French technique and a touch of Japanese flavor presented as modern American fare."Full bar. Serving lunch Fri, dinner Wed-Sun. Sun brunch 11 am-2 pm. Closed Mon.
