Food & Wine magazine has named Bryant Ng of The Spice Table one of its Best New Chefs 2012.

From the restaurant's website:
"The Spice Table celebrates the culinary heritage of Chef/owner Bryant Ng (Singapore) and his wife Kim (Vietnam). By day, we function as a deli, serving Southeast Asian-inspired sandwiches made with bread, charcuterie and other ingredients made in-house. At night, we are a full service restaurant focusing on satays grilled on our wood-burning hearth and other dishes inspired by the traditional cuisines of Singapore and Vietnam."

Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner Mon–Sat. Late-night Fri–Sat. Closed Sun.

"The Spice Table weaves elements of cuisines from all over Southeast Asia through the menu like bright threads of silk. Owners Bryant Ng and his wife, Kim, come by these flavors naturally: He's Singaporean; she's Vietnamese. But this is no little mom-and-pop restaurant."
