"Keeping their memories and bullfighting Cervantinos hung from the walls, his methods of zinc with his attractive onyx and wood bar, the bottle, the gauge of manufacturing soda water, his old and valued tap , and most importantly, rations and dishes made with carefully selected ingredients and spices according to mark the recipes of the past generation that have been used. In his old bar you can try these rations as requested by our customers as Callos, Anchovies, Meatball Rabo de Toro, and many more, always with a good wine to drink. Casa Alberto Restaurant offers dishes of the day, nothing more and nothing less are those dishes that we love and we can find a few sites today, including its specialties such as stew, oxtail, tripe, trotters Lamb, Bacalao a la Madrilena Beans with Chorizo and ear, etc."
