From the restaurant's website:
"Vue de monde is testament to the belief that restaurant food can be a wondrous, unforgettable experience. The philosophy at Vue de monde is to provide a dining experience that cannot be created at home. This is achieved through dedication to the dining experience as a whole; from the sourcing of rare ingredients and an uncompromising approach to classical technique, to a commitment to the very best in restaurant service including crockery, cutlery and glassware. The Menu Gourmand is a progression of small courses ranging from five courses to our Gastronome Menu of around nine courses. The dishes change every day depending on the availability of ingredients. Menus are discussed with each table on arrival at the restaurant and all dietary requirements are catered for. Once a menu structure is established, matching wines can be organised to go with each course by our sommelier. Alternatively our extensive wine list offers a large selection of wines by the bottle."

Reservations recommended. Wine available. Serving lunch Tue–Fri, dinner Tue–Sat. Closed Sun.
