DETAILS

From the restaurant's website:
"This is conceivably the handsomest Mexican restaurant in the world. A stunningly designed place with white walls, gleaming copper, Mexican glass and primitive art. If you are looking for sheer beauty in surroundings, plus excellent food, this may be your answer to where to go in Mexico City. Our world famous Chef Felix arrived when she was only 2 years old. That means 42 years of uninterrupted service. She can literally cook with her eyes closed. Notice how she still likes to use earthware for her dishes. 'If you cook it in pots and pans' she claims, 'it's not the same, the flavor changes.' I, for one, believe her. I figure she knows exactly what she is talking about."

Serving lunch and dinner daily.

"This classic old-style, semi-formal restaurant is considered by many to have the best food in Mexico City, picking and choosing favorite dishes from around the country."
