The Bachelor Farmer, opened by brothers Eric and Andrew Dayton in 2011, continues to rank among the most heralded restaurants in the Twin Cities. Its locally sourced, Scandinavian-influenced contemporary fare from Chef Paul Berglund has included entrees such as pheasant meatballs with red cabbage spaetzel, and braised beef shoulder with ember-roasted vegetables.
