The Graves 601 Hotel's Cosmos restaurant features an out-of-this-world menu that can include dinner entrees such as butter-poached lobster, suckling pig, and crispy local chicken.
From the restaurant's website:
"Located in the heart of the Theatre District, and connected by skyway to all of downtown Minneapolis, Cosmos provides the perfect atmosphere, cuisine and location for your night on the town, your high-powered lunch meeting, or your first meeting of the day over spectacular breakfast. Sit back and prepare to be tantalized by Cosmos’ tasting menus.
Full bar. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
"Extra touches abound. Dinner guests are greeted with a delicious salutation from the kitchen — perhaps a bit of poached lobster dressed with paper-thin sheets of fennel and lovely wisps of dill, or maybe a shot of cool white asparagus soup topped with a fragrant mushroom foam. When the check arrives, its final tally is softened somewhat by an array of exquisite chocolate truffles."
