If a restaurant does steak right, it doesn’t matter if the bread is burnt. No, they don’t burn the bread at Manny’s, but there are no candles, floral arrangements or other atmospheric enhancements — and that’s just how people like it. Relocated in late summer 2008 to downtown's new W Minneapolis hotel in The Foshay Tower, Manny’s is frequently packed with locals as well as traveling business executives. The rolling meat cart is impressively laden with one perfect dry-aged cut after another. Whether you want a filet mignon so tender that a knife becomes unnecessary or one of the most flavorful 24-ounce porterhouses you’ve ever encountered, Manny’s has it.

Full bar. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Sat–Sun brunch 10:30 am–4 pm.

"Want to know what’s so satisfying about a properly cooked steak with a glass of a prestigious Cabernet to wash it down? This is the place to find out. Of course, there are other steakhouses in Minneapolis but none that champion meat as unabashedly as Manny's."
