Tattooed proprietor Andy Mumma and crew lovingly slave over your coffee cup by cup at Barista Parlor, a growing favorite for East Nashville's java jet set since its spring 2012 opening. The baristas at Barista have more than the usual mechanicals to accomplish the perfect brew. What's more, Porter Road Butcher, Provence and Foxy Baking Co. have supplied the exemplary foodstuffs to accompany, which have included smoked pork sliders and pear rosemary scones.
