Nashville native and businessman Joe Ledbetter, the co-founder of Houston's, is also the co-founder of the locally based BrickTop's concept, which boasts a handful of locations in the Southeast, South and Midwest. BrickTop's boasts warm wood tables and rich red leather benches coupled with earthy tones and décor as well as floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass doors that swing open, allowing diners to enjoy the large patio. The restaurant features that casual-upscale vibe and classic American Traditional menu expected from the iconic 3000 West End address, which has been a dining staple in Nashville for generations, most recently Houston's. Recommended dishes include the house salad; grilled artichokes with rémoulade sauce; the smoked salmon flatbread; the blue cheeseburger (excellent when ordered rare with those oh-so-delicious caramelized onions); baby back ribs; steak frites; and Key lime pie. Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner daily. Sat-Sun brunch 11 am-3 pm.
