Begun in 1986 in Franklin, owner Salvador Guzman's local collection of
Mexican restaurants has branched into Nashville as well as other parts
of the Midstate and North Alabama. The extensive menu is more
standard-issue Tex-Mex than traditional Mexican - catering to less
adventurous tastes - but the servings are plentiful and well-prepared,
and the service is well above par. Fajitas are particular standouts, and
be warned that the large margarita comes in a goldfish bowl-sized
vessel so gigantic it will make you a two-fisted drinker by necessity. Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner daily.
