Inspired by its New York City brethren down to a miniature Statue of Liberty on the roof of its Midtown location, native Nashville owner Tom Loventhal's Noshville aptly re-creates the sights, sounds and most importantly the taste of a classic deli. Lox and bagels, various egg dishes and mother-certified hearty bowls of oatmeal command the power-suited weekday breakfast crowd at both the Midtown (Broadway) and Green Hills locations, and an enterprising mover-and-shaker can conduct several business meetings by just moving (and shaking hands) from one booth to the next. (Say hello to country music star Vince Gill at the Green Hills site: He's a regular.)  A Nashville International Airport branch opened in 2008 as well. Afternoons and evenings (Midtown location only) feature gargantuan sandwiches piled with pastrami and salami on top-quality rye and other breads. Signature dishes: lox, eggs and onions, scrambled; salami and eggs pancake-style; the smoked fish platter, the grilled Reuben sandwich. Full bar. Serving breakfast and lunch daily.
