Locals know Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel for its revolving top floor, once the site of a fine-dining restaurant and popular weekend brunch. The second-floor Speaker's Bistro, which now serves as the hotel's restaurant, overlooks the atrium. While the view's not as spectacular, the bistro serves its purpose of accommodating its guests as well as locals, in particular weekday business workers and nighttime theatergoers at the nearby Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
