Fans of the menu at Myint's sister restaurant PM should recognize and enjoy similar dishes such as the epic Asian Wonton Nachos, Green Curry Chilean Mussels, and any of the Yum Bowls. La Nouvelle Mode throws together Yamazaki whiskey with ginger-infused Cognac and citrus for a wild ride. The sake list is also interesting."
