"... 19 months after its long-delayed launch, and R’evolution is already entrenched in the upper echelon of New Orleans event restaurants. The skepticism that bloomed during R’evolution’s well-publicized gestation exists mainly as an artifact of the obstacles it overcame. Only uncommonly shrewd operators could pilot such a trajectory."
— Brett Anderson, The Times-Picayune, Feb. 14, 2014 (four beans)

"This is creative interpretation of recognizable Louisiana traditions, which is contemporary Creole as we've long known it. But how R'evolution really stands apart is by applying this approach to the entire restaurant experience."

— Ian McNulty, Gambit, Oct. 2, 2012
