"Miss Pearl's Jam House, the popular restaurant formerly located at San Francisco's Phoenix Hotel in 1989, is back. Older, wiser and brimming with exotic island recipes and Caribbean inspired cocktails, Miss Pearl decided to call Oakland home. ... The menus at Miss Pearl's Jam House feature gourmet New World island-inspired cuisine using the freshest ingredients and complementing the restaurant’s diverse wine and cocktail lists.
