Star main dishes at chef-owners Mary and Gregory Russell's traditional Mexican favorite Zocalo include Pescado Veracruzano: a tilapia filet simmered in the traditional Southeastern Mexico sauces of roasted tomatoes, green olives, capers, jalapenos, onion and herbs.

Authentic regional dishes are prepared with precision and passion, using only the freshest ingredients. The menu consists of an array of dishes from central and southern Mexico, with all of the sauces and salsas being made from scratch."
