Options at Bunk Sandwiches include pork belly Cubano, roasted poblano torta, and meatball Parmigiano hero.
From the restaurant's website:
"Why Bunk Sandwiches you may ask?
Well, why the heck not? Aren't you sick and tired of everybody bragging
about 'the greatest burger in the universe' or 'the country's best cup
of coffee' or 'the world's best blah blah blah?' Here at Bunk
Sandwiches, we've decided to level the playing field. We didn't think it
was very nice to brag about how incredibly awesome our sandwiches are.
We figured we would let your tongues do the talking."
"Since opening, this restaurant has started a
meat-and-other-things-on-bread renaissance by combining high-quality
ingredients in innovative ways. The house creations appear each day on a
chalkboard near the doorway - an Oregon albacore tuna melt, a P.B.L.T.
of pork belly, lettuce and green tomato pickles - but for breakfast
there's really only one choice, the classic breakfast sandwich (sausage
patty, sharp Tillamook Cheddar and a fried egg on a poppy-seed hard
roll). As is, it's stellar. But add anchovies, and it's something else
entirely, the fishy saltiness amping up the sausage's sweetness and the
tartness of the cheese."

The New York Times Beer and wine available. Serving breakfast (all day) and lunch 8 am-3 pm daily.
