From the restaurant's website:
"In 1994, The Rockford opened its doors. At the time, it was the only bar or restaurant in the now bustling strip known as Glenwood South. Its lack of signage provided its patrons with a lucky discovery as they stumbled upon its inconspicuous upstairs location. Many had heard through the grapevine of the Rockford’s charming coppertop bar and its now legendary ABC (apple, bacon, cheddar) sandwich."

Full bar. Serving lunch Mon–Sat, dinner daily.

"The Rockford offers an eclectic twist on traditional favorites such as the ABC (apple, bacon, cheddar) sandwich, crabcake sandwiches, garden burgers, salads and daily soup specials in an upscale yet reasonably priced hideaway located on the building's second floor."
