Best Hot Dogs
Whether a guilty lunchtime quick fix or a favorite late-night snack,
Snoopy’s hot dogs have been a Raleigh rite of passage since 1978. It all
started when founder Steve Webb converted a vacant service station at
the corner of Wake Forest and Whitaker Mill roads — a busy location that
proved to be a major factor in its success — into a vending stand, and
the rest is local hot dog history. Now, Snoopy’s sells more than $1
million annually in dogs, sandwiches and burgers, with about half of
those sales attributed to the famed franks. Pull up to the order window
to try an original Snoopy dog with all the fixin’s. You won’t be
disappointed. No meal is complete without crinkle-cut fries, seasoned if
you prefer.
No alcohol available. Serving lunch, dinner and late-night daily.
