"Margutta in Rome is a street (Via Margutta) frequented by artists and bohemians. In Rio is a place where they can be found the culinary art of chef Paolo Neroni, Italian region of Marche, which is one of the most important fishing grounds of the Sea Adriatic. Mediterranean cuisine, specializing in fish and seafood, the restaurant operates lightness and flavors of Italian cuisine. On the menu, dishes flavored with some white truffle oil. The fish, mussels, clams, porgies, lobsters and are especially cavaquinhas made. Oysters French, Australian lamb, veal Canadian smoked salmon from Norway, Chile and fresh, bottarga Sardinia are some of the dishes used in the preparation of Italian specialties, led by Neroni."

Reservations recommended. Serving lunch Sat & Sun, dinner and late-night daily.

"What really impressed us was the simplicity of the dishes. No convoluted sauces, long lists of ingredients, or fancy fusion. Most dishes seem to consist of three or four ingredients and just the right amount of herbs to balance out the flavors."
