From Kira O'Donnell, Sacramento magazine:
"Opened in 1934, this historic Sacramento institution is teeny, colorful and — yes — snug as can be, serving up some of the most toothsome, juicy burgers in town. On any given day, you’ll find a row of 10 customers (the restaurant calls itself “the home of the 10 busiest seats in Sacramento”) crammed in at the counter, elbow-to-elbow and hunkered over their dripping burgers, while a fry cook expertly flips patties and sizzling onions on a minuscule grill."
No alcohol available. Serving breakfast and lunch daily.
"My burger was yummy. The classic white bun was toasted nicely. The American cheese hung out on the side artfully. It was just the right amount of mayo and mustard. The beef was tasty and juicy. The fries were thin, crisp and salty. I really do not know how you can improve on an experience like this."
