The solemn stone Norse gods who guard this former Continental Bank building must be dying to peek inside at the lively atmosphere at Bambara. With big, bright artwork, colorful plates and the exhibition kitchen filling the room with rich aromas of grilled meats, fresh seafood and house-baked breads, this busy dining room has become famous for creative food and exceptional hospitality. Salmon hash is offered at breakfast, while dinner may feature cedar plank wild salmon and locally raised Morgan Valley lamb, along with the three-course nightly specials.
