"Start out with a mussel shooter or Kobe beef tataki before diving into nigiri, sashimi and sushi. The varieties of sushi rolls is extensive, but popular favorites include the Surf and Turf roll, Pink Power, X96 roll, Rainbow and the incendiary Death roll."- City Weekly
