While the restaurants at Little America primarily serve guests of the Little America Hotel, the Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet brings in locals from all over the SLC area. Eggs Benedict, blintzes, smoked salmon and pastries are available and made-to-order omelets and Belgian waffles are offered as well. Breakfast and lunch buffets and dinner (from the menu) are offered daily in the Little America Steakhouse. Dinner starters include sautéed scallops or shrimp chowder, while entrées such as steaks, seafood, lamb or pork chops, and rotisserie chicken round out the menu.
