"Why 'Chez Maman'? Obviously, because you can never eat better than your mother's cooking. What is warmer than to be with her and eat the food she has just cooked for you? Simple and delicious. My mother always told me 'finis ton assiette' because it was proof to her that I loved what she cooked for me. Chez Maman is inspired by this kind of childhood memory. We have tried to recreate that atmosphere with a menu composed of French basics. Tasty items like a hamburger with guacamole or French brie with a good glass of wine - a welcoming and tasty French meal."
