"Since 1991, it is able to be said that the Miner Consulate is a restaurant of success and with a solid gastronomic proposal and recognized by its quality. But the Miner Consulate exceeded in the function of the well serve and became a meeting place, a cultural catalyst of the raízes miner, of the express Brazilian diversity in the lines and accents that are mixed between a table and another one, a gulp, a gulp and the pleasure of taste one of his tidbits. The touch of the seasoning of Mines and his delicacies are presents in all the menu and is translated in a home cooking, served in environments that reproduce the simplicity and the coziness of the farm.
