"Tiffin Club opened in 2006 offering a relaxing location from which to enjoy a fine cup of coffee over chit-chat with family, friends and colleagues. The menu evolved from hearty, home-style munchies to include comfort foods from around the world, enhanced by the addition of enjoyable, affordable and rare wines. Today, helmed by the winner of 'The Perfect Meal' 2010, Chef Iskander Latiff, with his masterful use of Asian herbs and spices in Western-style cuisine, Tiffin Club has transformed into a perfect melding of East and West. Chef Iskander plays with familiar local favourites like laksa, rendang and chilli crab, tweaking and glorifying them in a cheeky bar snack menu, a pleasurable lunch menu and a light-hearted dinner menu. He has a gentle touch, in keeping with his soft-spoken manner, which makes his offerings both appealing to the local palate, and in particular discerning female patrons, as well as a traveller's gentle introduction to the flavours and fragrances of Asia.
