Place has been a popular steak house since opening its doors in 1982.
The original Tucker's Place on South 12th Street in the historic Soulard
neighborhood - there are two other locations - features a dark,
comforting interior with a classic steak house ambiance. Diners can't go
wrong with any of the choice chops, including the porterhouse, strip,
filet mignon and top sirloin. Each cut - priced at about half the going
rate at upscale steak house chains - comes with salad (try the signature
lemon pepper dressing), baked potato and rolls. Other entrée choices
include pork chops, seafood and pizza.
Full bar. Serving lunch Mon-Sat, dinner nightly. Late night Fri-Sat.
