The wine list is carefully tended by the sommelier and changes along with chef Jason Schellin's daily-printed menu and monthly specials, which can range from the specialties of the Nile Delta to Irish gastronomy, Japanese comfort food and la cucina Napoletana."

The hamburgers are made with local grass-fed beef and served with homemade ketchup; house-made ravioli are given forest-echoing depths with three sorts of mushrooms; the locally raised pork tenderloin is strengthened with red wine, pan-seared, and served with pureed root vegetables.
