"Our Café, in the old greenhouses, offers hot and cold lunch dishes, salads, sandwiches, soups, cookies and cakes. We change the menu every day, following closely the change of seasons, and using organic produce from “KRAV” farms and growers. In season, our gardeners bring fresh vegetables every morning from our own garden. Our wines and beers are organic too, from local producers when available. All bread and pastry are freshly made from organic grain in our stone oven, fired by birchwood."
