DETAILS

From Frommer's:
"One of the most popular spots for pierogies, soups like barszcz, and other simple Polish dishes in the Old Town. Order your pierogies traditionally boiled or fried, and choose from a variety of sauces, including relative rarities like dill or garlic. The location makes it a great stop for an easy lunch while taking in the Old Town's sights – or a lunch choice after a morning bus tour."

Serving lunch and dinner daily.

"Golden, hot and very crisp with fancy stuffing, served with a choice of sauces. The recipe for the dough is a secret and 'based on a special formula, which has been developed over four months,' said Jakub Trybylowski of Pierrogeria. The dough is excellently balanced, making pierogi from Pierrogeria unique."
