The Las Olas Wine and Food Festival is the must-attend wine event of the South Florida social calendar. Swaying palms, tropical breezes and illustrious store fronts set the scene for the Las Olas Wine and Food Festival on Friday, May 1st (wine dinners) & Saturday, May 2nd 2009 (street festival).

On May 1st there will be three wine dinners, and one at a private home. Purchase tickets now to see:

They will be paired with celebrity chefs you've seen on television. The event begins at 3.00pm followed by the Bonterra Vineyards VIP Reception (6.00pm - 7.30pm.) ending the evening with our world famous street festival from 7.30pm - 10.00pm. on Las Olas Boulevard, the most popular street in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, known for its fabulous restaurants, trendy shops, and magnificent hotels.

Premier Beverage Co. will pour select vintages from some of the most preeminent wineries throughout the world, giving event-goers a chance to enjoy some of today's best wines. You'll taste signature chefs' favorites from more than 60 award-winning South Florida restaurants.

The street festival is held from 7.30pm to 10.00pm. Premier Beverage is the exclusive wine sponsor and as such, will ensure quality wineries that will attract attention - and a draw. Proceeds from the event benefit the American Lung Association of Florida - south area.

The one thing that is different this year is that tickets will only be on sale prior to the event either online or from the American Lung Association office. Please purchase your tickets early as tickets are limited.
