From Beth Rodell of Creative Loafing's Omnivore Atlanta: Eli Kirshtein has put in his notice at Eno restaurant to take a “guest chef” gig at Solo restaurant in NYC.
Kirshtein, who made it almost to the finals of “Top Chef” this season,
says he’s not sure exactly how long the New York gig will last, but he
plans to return to Atlanta and look for investors to open his own
restaurant here.
