www.Bloomberg.com reports that ARG Enterprises Inc., the operator of 69 Black Angus Steakhouse restaurants in the western United States, filed for bankruptcy protection Thursday and said it was seeking a buyer. The chain became the latest victim of the recession following other Chapter 11 filers, including the parents to Bennigan's, Steak and Ale and Ryan's.
