From the Florida Sun-Sentinel: Todd Wilbur, who makes a living "cloning" dishes on the menus of chain restaurant believes he's recreated KFC's new grilled chicken. Here's his YouTube video in which he manages to get a sample of KFC's secret spice mixture. The recipe, however, will cost you 79 cents. It's available on his Top Secret Recipes Web site. I think it's the perfect way of getting back at KFC for teasing us with free grilled chicken coupsons and then not honoring them.
