The ninth annual Kohler Food & Wine Experience will fill out the Oct. 22-25 weekend. This is no slouchy food event. The chef presenters are bigwigs like Jacques Pépin, (Jacques‚ daughter) Claudine Pépin, Lidia Bastianich, Marcus Samuelsson, Andrew Zimmern and (Belgian Master Beer Sommelier) Marc Stroobandt. Demos, book signings and seminars are scheduled each day. For instance: On Oct. 22, (Thurs), Hosea Rosenberg, the Season 5 winner of Top Chef, will do a demonstration on "Sustainable Seafood" (4-5 p.m.; $40).
