Fresh from his appearance on “Top Chef Masters,” finalist Hubert Keller will headline this year’s Taste of St. Louis, a three-day celebration of music, art, culture and, of course, food.
Keller, who owns Sleek and Burger Bar at Lumiere Place on Laclede’s Landing, will prepare one of his classic dishes during a live cooking demonstration. He will be joined by “Top Chef” Season 3 favorite CJ Jacobson and other international and local chefs.
Taste of St. Louis runs Oct. 2-4 at Soldiers’ Memorial and features cooking competitions, food from 40 local restaurants, an art showcase and international village. Live music includes performances from Tonic, the Presidents of the United States of America, St. Louis Symphony Ensemble and Sublime tribute band, 40 oz. to Freedom. Admission is free.
