7:30pm-10:30pm Grand Dinner –- $125 -- featuring a five course dinner served by five top chefs from New Jersey and New York ($125) fundraiser benefiting Share Our Strength. Courses will be created by Craig Hopson (Le Cirque), James Laird (Serenade), David Felton (Ninety Acres), Michael Weisshaupt (Restaurant Latour) and Nancy Olson (Gramercy Tavern).
7:30pm-10:30pm Dom Perignon Wine Cellar Dinner -- $400 -– Five course dinner menu prepared by Chef Paul Liebrandt of New York's acclaimed Corton Restaurant in the Wine Cellar paired with Dom Perignon Oenotheque & Library Vintages led by Pascal Pecriaux, Ambassadeur de Dom Perignon
8am-2:30pm Golf Tournament –-$200-- Tee-off on Wild Turkey at 8:30am. Compete with chefs and winemakers to win unique prizes. Enjoy local craft beers at every hole. Awards ceremony and lunch will follow in the Rotunda. Access to the Grand Tasting and commemorative gift bag is also included. VIP access to the Grand Tasting (6pm-10pm). 11am-12pm Wines of Australia –-$40-- Wines of Australia seminar hosted by Matthew Lane of Penfolds.
12pm-2pm Marketplace Lunch --$30-- Enjoy lunch in the beautiful Chestnut room featuring an Antipasto station, Artisanal breads, locally grown produce and more!
2pm-3pm Chocolate & Wine Pairing Seminar --$35-- Learn how to perfectly pair chocolate from MUST Chocolate with wine from Newton Vinyards.
3pm-4pm Lail Vineyards Wine Tasting Seminar -–$35-- Lail Vineyards wine tasting with Founder Robin Lail.
3pm-4pm Top Bordeaux vs California Cult Wines Sommelier Taste-Off -–$135-- Top sommeliers and wine writers take art in a blind tasting pitting top Bordeaux against California cult favorites while attendees taste alongside. Wines to be tasted include several that have been awarded 100 points from Wine Spectator and Robert Parker ratings. More than $60,000 worth of wines from the Resort’s cellar will be tasted during this event.
4:30pm-5:30pm Fonseca Port Tasting --$40-- Fonseca Port tasting with Robert Bower of Fonseca & Taylor Fladgate.
6pm-10pm Sassicaia Winemaker Dinner –-$400-- winemaker Sebastiano Rosa of Sassicaia, hosts a dinner highlighting rare library vintages from this renowned Italian producer. The five-course menu has been designed by Chef Nick Anderer of New York City’s Maialino. Before dinner, diners are invited to a VIP preview of the Grand Tasting from 6pm-7pm.
7pm-10pm (6pm VIP preview) Grand Tasting –-$125-- Top chefs from NY & NJ serve sumptuous tastings alongside celebrated wines from more than thirty wineries. Live music by the 32 piece David Aaron Orchestra. Guests will enjoy a special appearance and book signing by the "Food Maven" Arthur Schwartz. An unforgettable culinary gala event!
11am-2pm Champagne Brunch at Restaurant Latour –-$50-- Traditional French brunch featuring a selection of bubbly including top champagne houses, Moët & Chandon and Dom Perignon.
1pm-2pm Hess Wine Tasting -–$35-- Hess Wine Tasting Seminar with Winemaker David Guffy.
2pm-3pm Chateau Montelena Wine Tasting --$35 Chateau Montelena Wine Tasting Seminar
