Focus Tastings - Our Focus Tastings epitomize the Pinot Days tagline, "Serious Fun." Each tasting features specific pinot noir regions, allowing attendees to taste 16 incredible wines and to meet the celebrated winemakers who create them. By "meet the winemakers" we do not mean see them from afar; winemakers sit with attendees at round tables as we taste their wines blind, in four flights. Conversation and laughter abound in a comfortable, stimulating atmosphere. As we reveal the wines after each flight, the winemakers stand up and share their stories and insight. The centerpiece of these tastings is neither the wines nor the winemakers, but the tasting experience itself, of which everyone is a part. So whether you know pinot noir like the back of your hand or just know that you like it and want to learn more, these tastings offer you unparalleled access to the pinot world and, plain and simple, a great time.
