More than two dozen stars in the Valley's culinary galaxy will join forces next month for the celebration of food and wine known as "Forks and Corks."
The evening is a chance for foodies to sample an extensive selection of specialty dishes prepared by some of the Valley's premier chefs. The seventh annual event will take place on April 8, at the Camelback Esplanade.
Along with the food, guests may taste the wares of several wineries.
Local jazz artists Doc Jones and Nayo will perform throughout the evening; a silent auction provides guests with the opportunity to bid on such items as Arizona getaways and gift certificates.
Proceeds will go to help fund scholarships for the Arizona Hotel and Restaurant Education Foundations.
